VINYASA

Flow through poses and sequences linked to breath in a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga. Sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy.


SLOW FLOW

Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and opening.

This gentle yet deep approach to vinyasa yoga links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and gentle opening.


SLOW FLOW MEDITATION

Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. The beginning and later part of class includes a guided meditation for the ultimate yoga experience.


ASHTANGA

This classical form of yoga combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Although the traditional sequence is taught in this group class, variations are offered for individual needs depending on the teacher.


ASHTANGA OPEN PRACTICE

Ashtanga Open Practice is one of Pure Yoga’s unique and specialized offerings.  The program is led by Scott Harig and is blessed and recognized by his teacher, Manju Jois.  Each student is taught individually and given a one-on-one lesson within a group setting. This individual approach means Ashtanga Open Practice is accessible to all levels, and every student is guided through a practice that strengthens both body and mind.


FORREST YOGA

Created by Ana Forrest, this healing yoga method uses deep breathing and vigorous sequences to stimulate feeling in the body, engage the core, build strength, awaken the senses, sweat out toxins, release emotions stored in the body and deepen connection to spirit. *Suitable for students of all levels.


PREMA VINYASA

Prema Vinyasa is a heart class for your body, mind, and spirit. Each class includes cardio activity from vinyasa flow and exciting inversion postures, plus accessible meditation and chanting, all proven to improve heart health. Practice lowering your heart rate in breath work to manage stress and improve immune functioning. Prema = Love.


YIN/YANG

This class begins with a firey Yang (flow) practice to build heat in the body. This heat prepares the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of Yin yoga (restorative, deep stretching release).


CLASSICAL HATHA

This class explores the traditional asanas (or "poses") of yoga, with basic to challenging options offered. Calming breathing techniques and the meditative aspect of the practice may be featured.
