Sonja Rzepski ~ Private Yoga Manager, PURE WEST
Sonja Rzepski is a yoga therapist and Ashtanga practitioner who enjoys working with students who are ready to make a commitment to finding balance and greater joy in their life through the practice and discipline of yoga. She specializes in fields ranging from athletic recovery, injury rehabilitation, cardiac care and stress management. She is grateful to Pure Yoga for being on the forefront of wellness and the integration of yoga into modern progressive health care.
Carly Hunter is a dedicated yoga practitioner for nearly two decades with a lifetime movement background in dance, somatic techniques, and competitive gymnastics. Carly's personal practice and teaching methodology is rooted in Ashtanga yoga. She enjoys working one on one with a diverse population from the most beginner to advanced students and those recovering from injury/disease. She is passionate about helping her students develop wellness in body and peace in mind from a consistent yoga practice.
