Our experienced team of health experts will work 1x1 with you based on your needs. In a private setting, we'll guide and motivate you through a holistic program. Some of our offerings (in addition to yoga) include yoga therapy, health coaching, meditation, stress management, sleep consultation, Yamuna Body Rolling, Ayurveda, and Thai Yoga massage.

THAI YOGA BODY WORK
Thai Yoga Body Work is a unique method of treatment where the practitioner guides the client through different assisted yoga postures, and uses palming and acupressure to connect with different energy lines. Done on the floor, Thai Yoga Body Work allows access to all areas of the body. It’s great for muscle release as well as circulation and injury management.
Wellness is more than the food you eat and the exercise you complete. Whole body health is about mind, body, spirit and behavior. One on one sessions with a certified Health Coach will help steer your habits in a body positive direction with the support of research and experience.
Proper sleep is essential to a healthy mind and body. Delve deeper into patterns, beliefs and behaviors around your sleep routine. Learn to develop skills to improve your ability to fall asleep or to return to sleep after waking. Find a variety of mindfulness, breath and meditation techniques to cultivate healthier sleep hygiene and patterns.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing method that uses energy to balance the body and mind. The practice can be used for an overall balancing of energy throughout the body, or specific areas where injuries have manifested.
Meet with a yoga therapist to understand your dosha, or personal constitution, as it aligns with the ancient science of Ayurveda. This analysis will guide you in making certain lifestyle choices pertaining to the style of yoga, nutrition and self-care practices that are best for you.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger Point uses a sports performance, self-care brand of rollers specifically designed to relieve muscular aches and pains. Work with one of our Trigger Point certified yoga teachers who can design a fascia and deep tissue release program for you, that will support your yoga practice and sports performance.
Sonja Rzepski is a yoga therapist and Ashtanga practitioner who enjoys working with students who are ready to make a commitment to finding balance and greater joy in their life through the practice and discipline of yoga. She specializes in fields ranging from athletic recovery, injury rehabilitation, cardiac care and stress management. She is grateful to Pure Yoga for being on the forefront of wellness and the integration of yoga into modern progressive health care.
