For new or soon-to-be moms, Pure offers an inspiring series of pre and postnatal classes. Explore opportunities to deepen your practice at every stage of your pregnancy and your baby's life. Classes are open to members and non-members.

A flowing yoga class that helps you gain strength and flexibility through all trimesters of pregnancy, while teaching you how to use yoga to aid you during childbirth. Includes pelvic floor strengthening and awareness. Learn how to safely strengthen your abdominals to maintain postural integrity during pregnancy, and recover your abs quickly after giving birth.
At Pure Yoga or in your home
Reawaken your whole body and strengthen your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles during this postpartum core conditioning, flowing practice designed by Mary Barnes. You will be checked for diastasis recti (separated abs), which often occurs during pregnancy. This strengthening and flowing practice includes restorative poses to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit during the first months of motherhood.
Practice yoga with your baby in a relaxed, supportive environment, while learning to regain the strength in your core muscles after giving birth. Babies are placed on a yoga blanket in front of mom’s mat (or they can be kept in their stroller if they’re sleeping!). This flowing yoga practice focuses on strengthening Pelvic floor and abdominal muscles (you will be checked for Diastasis Rectii.) Students are welcome to take a break to feed or change their baby if needed. Baby Yoga, massage and songs are included. Babies are 4-6 weeks until 1 year
Using our popular Baby & Me Yoga format created by Mary Barnes, parents of active crawlers/walkers up to age 2+, are invited to enjoy a flowing yoga practice while their babies play. Bring lots of toys to share. Baby Yoga and songs are included after parent’s yoga!
Combining the benefits of ballet, Pilates and postnatal yoga, our signature Baby-wearing barre class provides new moms with a workout that will tone and strengthen her postnatal body while creating a stronger bond with baby. Babies are worn in your carrier during the first half of class (if baby is sleeping they can stay in their stroller.) Then moms and babies continue their workout down on their mats for core conditioning, and stretching to rejuvenate your tired body. Your instructor can check you for Diastasis Recti if you request. Baby songs are included. For parents and babies up to one year, please bring a suitable carrier comfortable for you and baby.
