Take your practice to the next level with Pure's new signature conditioning program. These comprehensive workouts are designed to build endurance while targeting every major muscle group through unique sequences of cardio and strength training.

 

 

PXT (1)

 

Build strength, stamina, flexibility and optimal endurance in a conditioning class with a Pure twist. PXT delivers 60 minutes worth of yoga, cardio intervals, strength training and core work to maximize results.

 

 

PXT Heat (2)

 

Incorporating the same conditioning principles as PXT, but with the addition of a heated room (kept at 90 degrees) and more advanced transitions and reps, PXT Heat will challenge, inspire and give you transformative results.
