|Stephanie has been practicing yoga for the past thirteen years. Her background in movement and dance immediately attracted her to the physical practice. She moved to New York eight years ago, and her practice revealed that it could be a way of learning how to find her way in the city and through life. After working in countless restaurants and bars, the dream of performing shifted into the dream of teaching. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Works in 2009. Then, went on to complete her 300 hour mentorship with teacher and friend Paula Liberis. Stephanie is also certified in restorative yoga. She feels so blessed to be on this path and to be a part of Pure Yoga.|
