Danielle Horowitz

Danielle first started practicing yoga as a means of finding calm in a stressful work life. When she realized that through yoga she could strengthen her body and calm her mind, she found herself increasingly drawn to her practice. After several years of learning to find inner calm and a greater mind-body connection through asana, she was inspired to share this practice with others.
Danielle is a 400-hr trained teacher having most recently completed the Prema Vinyasa training led by Dana Slamp. During her classes, Danielle strives to blend her love of music with a dynamic, fun, and creative sequence of asana. She hopes through a rigorous flow and a close attention to breath, students will learn to steady their minds and open their hearts. She would like to offer gratitude to her teachers for their love, compassion, and grace. |
