Sonja Rzepski

Sonja Rzepski
As an Ashtanga practitioner, Sonja's 12 year path with yoga has brought her to lead teacher training programs in specializations such as rehabilitation through yoga, anatomy for yoga, yoga for athletes and prenatal yoga. She is both certified by and has been a visiting teacher for the Centered Yoga Institute in Thailand www.yogathailand.com and continually inspired by their mission.

As a personal trainer since 1996, she is accredited by the American Council on Exercise in pre/postnatal exercise, nutrition, women's health, Foundations of Flexibility and Alignment, and Functional Anatomy. The work has also brought her to lead wellness retreats and yoga courses in Brazil, Croatia, Taiwan, Thailand and the United States.

She has been honored to work with many dedicated practitioners including Olympians, on mindfulness training and have designed corporate wellness programs both in the US and in Europe. She is eternally grateful to her many teachers and mentors in the yoga and exercise physiology worlds. She believes we can all live in, and enter grace, physically and energetically if we move forward with patience and positive attitude.
Physical injuries, health conditions, and modern stress may be the reason someone comes to yoga, but it also invites the opportunity to celebrate the process toward finding balance and clarity in our lives. www.yogasonja.com
