Eric Elven
|
Eric completed Level I & II teacher trainings with Baron Baptiste and has studied extensively with master Baptiste instructor Lisa Black. He also completed a 200 hour certification program with 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle. As a teacher, Eric strives to create a spacious, calm, safe yet challenging environment for students to explore the postures. His classes combine concise explanations, supportive hands-on adjustments, an energizing flow and deep holds. Discovering yoga during one of life's "rough patches", Eric found it to be a potent catalyst for my personal healing. Eric switched to teaching yoga full-time after spending 16 years as a Registered Nurse.
