Siri Sat Kaur

Siri Sat Kaur is well-known for the warmth and humor she brings to her heartfelt teachings. Siri Sat emanates inclusiveness believing that anyone can learn yoga, heal themselves and expand their awareness in this lifetime.
Siri Sat's direct training with Yogi Bhajan (Master of Kundalini Yoga) and her dedication to her yoga and meditation practice has led her to study the healing arts that balance the physical and spiritual bodies, including Sat Nam Rasayan®, Reiki and Harmonyum. Inspired by her love of and understanding of Indian culture, she has traveled extensively in Northern India partaking in Rigorous Meditation Intensives. She holds a BFA in Dance and has performed her choreography in the U.S. and abroad. Bringing her knowledge of somatic alignment into her practice, Siri Sat offers an elegant and precise approach to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga |
