Dana teaches everything from Hot Power to Yin/Yang. Whatever the medium, Dana seeks to empower the students to relish their lives and to participate in their own healing. For some, this means breathing, for others, it means turning upside down. Regardless of the path, Dana believes in the power of the student to transcend limitations through dedication, practice, and love. You have everything you need.
