As a lifelong athlete, Danielle was attracted to yoga through the physical practice. She completed her teacher training at Laughing Lotus as well as Kula Yoga Project, which has had a deep influence on both her teaching style and personal practice.
Danielle is inspired by many different types of yoga and incorporates elements of each into her classes to keep them dynamic and interesting. Danielle's teaching focuses on alignment while encouraging students to observe the mind, explore the movement, experience the breath, free the heart and offer it all up into the great beyond. |
