Mysore
"Mysore" refers to the way Ashtanga Yoga is traditionally taught in its home city of Mysore, India. This program is one of Pure’s unique and specialized offerings. In “Mysore” each student is taught individually; given a one-on-one lesson within a group class. This individual approach means Mysore classes are a perfect fit for new and longtime practitioners. Each and every student is guided and supported in an ongoing program that offers an incredible array of strength, flexibility, and flow resulting in a practice that detoxifies, balances, and strengthens both body and mind. In Mysore class, each student is encouraged to memorize the breathing/movement sequence and develop an independent yet insightfully supported practice. Kimberly, our program director/senior teacher, has 18 years study in this tradition with 12 visits to India for a total of 4 years spent in Mysore. She has taught this program globally. Students may arrive at any time up until 9am.

Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is a challenging yet accessible vinyasa class. Vinyasa links breath to movement to get the heart rate going and challenge the student in balance, innovation, and technique.

Power Yoga
Take your practice to a new level with a strong practice incorporating a dynamic flow, static holds, inversions, core conditioning, pranayama, and kriya. Class will be held in a room heated to 85 degrees.

Pure Core Hot
Taught in a heated room, this class conditions your body and builds long, lean muscles through a challenging and innovative sequence of exercises blending intervals of core training, yoga, isometrics and resistance work.

Pure Prema
This inspirational vinyasa class builds courage by using forces outside ourselves to approach the advanced poses. Explore traditional yogic techniques like pranayama, meditation, chanting, and dharma to fall deeper into the heart of your practice: Prema = Love.

Restorative
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing way of practicing yoga. Given props, the student achieves poses without much muscular strength, facilitating deep release in the connective tissue and calming the nervous system. Teachers may offer a meditative focus to relax the mind.

Slow Flow Yoga
Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

Yin Yoga
A deep, restorative approach to the yoga practice. Yin offers long, meditative holds to delve into the deep connective tissues of the body. With a focus on the area of the hips and sacrum, release stress and tension throughout the entire body, creating structural and mental balance.

Yin/Yang
This class begins with a fiery Yang (Vinyasa) practice to build heat in the body. This heat prepares the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of Yin yoga (restorative, deep release).

Yoga Tune Up®: Restore
Yoga Tune Up® increases the body's ability to heal itself by integrating elements of yoga, kinetic conditioning and body therapy. The specialized poses, sequences and moves identify and strengthen ‘body blind spots’ - areas of the body that tend to get overused or underused and are typically the catalyst for pain and injury. YTU skillfully probes layers of muscle, tendons, connective tissues and joints, ultimately excavating unhealthy tension patterns until you are moved back into complete physiological balance. Restore and regenerate your body's tissues and catapult your asana to the next level of embodiment.
