Stretch and strengthen the many major running muscle groups, prevent joint injuries, and improve breath control and focus in this exclusive class created by Pure teachers in association with New York Road Runners. Designed to help meet the needs of runner's bodies during training, this class will focus on restorative, elongating and loosening work while balancing strength, increasing range of motion, and training the body and mind.
Mondays, 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesdays, 6:30am - 7:30am
$150 for the series of 6 classes.
