Explore powerful alignment tools toward mastery of the shoulder girdle, and acrobatic principles to build confidence and manifest a greater sense of balance. Learn exercises that unify body and mind in a safe and transformative space.
*Appropriate for all levels of practice.
Returning students from June's Hanstand! workshop will have the opportunity to further their exploration with more repetition of previous techniques. You will also come away with new drills and skills to add to your repertoire and handstand practice.
*Recommended Experience: 3 months of either steady yoga, or acrobatic practice.

Matt Giordano's diverse background of various styles of yoga, as well as acrobatic training brings a unique perspective to his teachings.
