Designed specifically for a runner's body, this complimentary workshop helps to balance strength, increase range of motion, and train the body and mind. Help protect joints from too much pounding, tightening, and shortening of the muscles with a restorative, elongating, and loosening practice. This special class is part of NYRR's Run the City promotion.
