Vinyasa Krama and Beyond: A Freestyle Yoga Project workshop with Mark Freeth
November 9
Pure East
12:00pm - 3:00pm
Enhance your personal practice in this dynamic vinyasa flow with an emphasis on 'vinyasa krama' or the logical progression of poses, linked by breath and movement.
About Mark
UK-based Mark has been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching full-time for 12. For most of that time, he's been an ashtanga vinyasa man, but over the last few years he's been experimenting and playing with the practice, and looking outside of the 'ashtanga box'. He eventually founded 'The Freestyle Yoga Project', focusing on encouraging students to explore further what their bodies and minds are capable of without any particular allegience to one form of yoga or another. Mark considers his practice and teaching to be dymanic, vinyasa yoga, with special emphasis on vinyasa krama - the linking of breath & movement-related postures towards a particular end. Mark teaches daily classes in the UK and workshops, retreats and teacher trainings internationally. Please visit www.freestyleyogaproject.com for more information.
