Diamond Dallas Page, a three-time professional wrestling heavyweight champion, spent his life traveling the world and wrestled up to 270 days a year suffering major injuries to his neck, shoulders, knees and back (L4 and L5); injuries that could easily derail a career not to mention adversely affect quality of life. He was determined to comeback stronger than ever, so he created DDP YOGA, a training system that allowed him to achieve his greatest success well into his late 40's.
