Join Julie Wilcox and Jean Koerner in this vinyasa asana workshop for all levels that will progressively teach you to expand your chest and give you freedom of movement in your shoulders to backbend with grace and ease followed by a short meditation.
About Julie and Jean
Julie Wilcox co-founded the ISHTA Yoga studios in 2008 and created The Julie Wilcox Method (JWM) in 2010 www.juliewilcoxmethod.com. Julie is a vinyasa flow yoga teacher. Her mantra is: passion, perseverance, and patience make for a life full of vitality, balance, clarity, peace, contentment, and overall wellbeing.
Jean Koenrner's inspiring, well rounded classes are open to students of all levels and include a combination of breath based movement and longer holding poses as well as pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. She has been featured in many magazines highlighting her 20 year yoga career and has also been in over 30 nationally televised Yoga Zone episodes available on dvd.
