Child's Pose

The Pose Basics
- From kneeling, bring big toes together and knees apart.
- Sit down on heels.
- Rest forehead on ground.
- Reach arms out in front of body. Relax entire body.
Some Beginner Tips
- Put forehead on block if not able to reach ground.
- Lift buttocks from heels to rest forehead on ground.
- Place blanket under knees to support delicate knee joints.
