The Pose Basics
  1. From kneeling, bring big toes together and knees apart.

  2. Sit down on heels.

  3. Rest forehead on ground.

  4. Reach arms out in front of body. Relax entire body.

Some Beginner Tips
  1. Put forehead on block if not able to reach ground.

  2. Lift buttocks from heels to rest forehead on ground.

  3. Place blanket under knees to support delicate knee joints.
