Sherman Morris

Sherman Morris has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2002. He developed his unique, distinctive style of yoga by integrating work from amazing teachers he's had both on the mat and off. Over the years he has cultivated a wealth of knowledge on building a better system through mind, body and breath awareness. He playfully weaves alignment, creative and smart sequencing with tenderness that embraces the heart. His classes are strong, sweaty and deeply nurturing, full of great music and humor. He believes the power of the practice comes from the unique experience that each student walks away with.


Sherman Morris instructs the following:
  • Hot Vinyasa (2)
  • Taught in the heated room, this style works through poses and sequences linked to breath. Sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy in this vigorous and fluid approach to yoga.

  • Hot Vinyasa (2/3)
  • Taught in the heated room, this style works through poses and sequences linked to breath. Sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy in this vigorous and fluid approach to yoga.

  • Hot Power Yoga (2)
  • This is a power yoga class taught in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.
