    ABOUT ERICA MATHER

    Erica Mather has been practicing Forrest Yoga for the past twelve years, and began studying directly with Ana Forrest in 2006. Since then, she has accumulated over 1,000 hours of ongoing training and apprenticing with Ana herself.

  • Have you been wanting to improve your upper body strength, and your inversions practice, but feel intimidated or unprepared kicking up in the middle of the room? This workshop feels like a class, but will also give you the tools you need to get strong on your arms, and steadier with your confidence. Come for a fun, adventurous time, flowing, learning new "moves" all in a safe supported setting with a little heat, music, and above all, laughter!
