In yoga there is a very special tool called sankalpah. In this "New Year's" workshop you will learn about sankalpah, how to craft one, how to use it, and, most importantly, how to weave it into your yoga practice. You will need a notebook or journal, and something to write with. Be prepared to listen, ask questions, discuss, feel, move, and above all, get empowered.

Erica Mather has been practicing Forrest Yoga for the past twelve years, and began studying directly with Ana Forrest in 2006. Since then, she has accumulated over 1,000 hours of ongoing training and apprenticing with Ana herself.
