  • Vinyasa (2)
  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

  • Vinyasa (1/2)
  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

  • Yin/Yang (1)
  • This class begins with a fiery Yang(Vinyasa) practice to build heat in the body. This heat prepares the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of Yin yoga (restorative, deep release).

  • Hot Vinyasa (2)
  • Taught in the heated room, this style works through poses and sequences linked to breath. Sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy in this vigorous and fluid approach to yoga.

  • Hot Power Yoga (2)
  • This is a power yoga class taught in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.

  • Vinyasa (2/3)
  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

  • Pure Zen Flow
  • This class begins with 15 minutes of pranayama (breath work) moves into 60 minutes of Vinyasa flow, and culminates with 15 minutes of meditation. The deep breathing techniques tie awareness back into the body and simple meditation quiets the mind after the powerful flow. Pure Yoga’s world renowned instructors will rotate, each teaching the class for one month, to bring different vision and viewpoints to the many layers of the practice.

  • Group meditation classes offer students of all levels a chance to integrate conscious relaxation into their practice and to learn a variety of accessible meditation techniques.
