EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS: I have 20,000 hrs 17 yrs. teaching, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller, I've owned two yoga studios, I teach local and international yoga retreats. I've had over 10,000 downloads of my meditations on the Insight Meditation app.

BEFORE YOGA: I also play jazz sax and clarinet, trail run, cook, read, write for Mantra Magazine, Conscious Life News, Elephant Journal Magazine, and love to travel and spend time with my wife and little boy.
