  • Pure Yoga and Health Coaches Katzie Guy-Hamilton and Angela Leigh have teamed up for an introductory six week series on nutrition and whole body health. These six workshops are set in an intimate group coaching space to elicit participation and individualized attention within the sessions. This series is for anyone seeking guidance with their nutrition and everyday decisions around wellness. Wellness is more than the food you eat and the exercise you complete. Whole body health is about mind, body, spirit and behavior. These six weeks will help steer your habits in a body positive direction with the support of research, experience and the Pure Yoga community.
