VR Colletti instructs the following:
  • Hot Power Yoga (2)
  • This is a power yoga class taught in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.

  • Vinyasa (2)
  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

  • Hot Power Yoga (2/3)
  • This is a vinyasa power yoga class taught in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.

  • Pure Elevation (3)
  • A fun and innovative class with a master teacher, you'll explore the foundation work and alignment tips to safely approach and 'elevate' your arm balances and inversions. For intermediate to advanced yogis only.

  • Hot Power Yoga (2)
