PHILOSOPHY: Angela believes the yoga practice to be a constant exploration of the body's physical and spiritual energy. Yoga is a blend of conscious movement, intentional breath with the power to heal and teach us compassion for ourselves and others. How we show up for ourselves on the mat is how we present ourselves to the world.

  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.
