    ABOUT AHMED SOLIMAN

Ahmed is an ERYT-200 hour yoga teacher with a passion for teaching and sharing the fundamentals of yoga.
He began his yoga practice as means to recover from multiple knee surgeries after being hit by a car. Not long after he discovered the health and wellness benefits of breath body and mind connections. Ahmed believes awareness of breath, knowledge of the body, and focus of the mind on the yoga mat leads to mindfulness and living in harmony with one's environment off the mat.
On the mat he draws on my study of human anatomy, Iyengar and vinyasa yoga, and meditation to offer a safe grounded space for practitioners; and help them explore their physical boundaries by focusing on intelligent alignment and awareness of the breath.

  • Slow Flow (Open)
