  • Prema Vinyasa (Open)
  • Prema Vinyasa is a heart class for your body, mind, and spirit. Each class includes cardio activity from vinyasa flow and exciting inversion postures, plus accessible meditation and chanting - all proven to improve heart health. Practice lowering your heart rate in breath work to manage stress and improve immune functioning. Prema = Love.

  • Prema Vinyasa (2/3)
  • Prema Vinyasa is a heart class for your body, mind, and spirit.   • Restorative (Open)
  • Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing way of practicing yoga. Given props, the student achieves poses without much muscular strength, facilitating deep release in the connective tissue and calming the nervous system. Teachers may offer a meditative focus

  • Vinyasa (2)
  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

  • Hot Vinyasa (2)
  • Taught in the heated room, this style works through poses and sequences linked to breath. Sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy in this vigorous and fluid approach to yoga.

  • Yin/Yang (1)
  • This class begins with a fiery Yang(Vinyasa) practice to build heat in the body. This heat prepares the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of Yin yoga (restorative, deep release).

  • Prema Vinyasa (2)
  • Prema Vinyasa is a heart class for your body, mind, and spirit. Each class includes cardio activity from vinyasa flow and exciting inversion postures, plus accessible meditation and chanting - all proven to improve heart health. Practice lowering your heart rate in breath work to manage stress and improve immune functioning. Prema = Love.

  • Slow Flow Meditation (1/2)
  • Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. The later part of class includes a guided meditation for the ultimate yoga experience.

  • Vinyasa (2/3)
  • Vinyasa is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. This class is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga.

  • Slow Flow (Open)
  • Take it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and opening.

  • Pure Elevation
  • A fun and innovative class with a master teacher, this level 2/3 explores the foundational work and alignment tips that will allow you to safely approach and 'elevate,' your arm balances and inversions. For intermediate to advanced yogis only.
