PHILOSOPHY: Jessica is a New York City-based yoga instructor passionate about helping others of all ages and abilities find joy in their lives on and off the mat through the practice of yoga. Jessica's classes combine creative vinyasa sequencing, safe physical alignment, and a strong focus on the breath to build strength, balance, and ease. Jessica sees yoga as a toolbox to improve life physically, emotionally, and spiritually and is excited to share these tools with others.

Scott teaches an eclectic yoga sequence, drawing from his Hatha, Ayurveda and Ashtanga teachings. He believes yoga to be an effective method of self discovery and positive change. Scott aspires to introduce yoga's potential to newcomers and help facilitate regular practitioners' path to self knowledge and acceptance.

Scott Harig has been a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga teacher since 2000. While living in Denver, Scott taught yoga exclusively at the Denver Ashtanga Yoga Center under the direction of Michael Rawlison. His main teacher today is Manju Jois, and for the last three years he's led the Ashtanga Program at Pure Yoga West in New York City.

She particularly enjoys teaching empowerment through the art of the arm balance.

This is a vinyasa power yoga class taught in a room heated to 100-105 degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through an athletic and dynamic sequence of postures.
