Teen Yoga (13 - 16 years)


This class is taught by:
Tween & Teen Yoga combines Yogi Beans' unique Tween curriculum with a more adult approach to yoga. Greater emphasis is placed on correct alignment in poses and body awareness. A playful atmosphere is encouraged through inclusion of inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends that help build strength, flexibility and confidence. As being a tween/teen can be a stressful time, classes will also focus on restorative poses, meditation, breathing and discussion to encourage relaxation and self-awarenes both on and off the mat. 70 minutes.
