Build strength, stamina, flexibility and optimal endurance in a conditioning class with a Pure twist. PXT delivers 60 minutes worth of yoga, cardio intervals, strength training and core work to maximize results.

 

 

PXT (2)

 

Target every major muscle group through unique sequences of cardio and strength training with more advanced transitions and reps. Be challenged and experience transformative results. Room is heated to 80-85 degrees.
