Take your practice to the next level with Pure's signature conditioning program, PXT. This comprehensive workout is designed to build endurance while targeting every major muscle group through unique sequences of cardio and strength training.

Practitioners will begin the with an athletic yoga warm up, transitioning into a series of cardio intervals and plyometrics utilizing weights and core balls. Class ends with a fun partner ab exercise, the infamous Coreball Countdown Challenge and a mindful yoga cool down and stretch.
